Billing FAQ
When a number is ordered: $8 right away, then $8 each month on that date. Adding a card doesn't charge anything. Releasing a number stops its billing; the current month isn't refunded.
One monthly subscription whose quantity is the number of active phone numbers on your account. Add a number and the next bill goes up by $8; release one and it goes down.
No. Inbound calls, voicemail, and transcription are included in the per-number price.
Release your numbers with DELETE /v1/numbers/{id} (or ask your agent to). With no active numbers there's nothing to bill.
Phone numbers attract spam and fraud. A card on file, and a person who accepts responsibility for the agent, keeps the network usable for everyone.
